The most commonly spoken language in Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu is Gujarati. But apart from this, Hindi and English are also well understood and spoken by locals.

One of the less crowded and polluted beaches in Maharashtra, the Harihareshwar beach is nestled in the Raigad district, around 200km from Mumbai. The town of Harihareshwar is often referred to as Dev-Ghar or ‘’House of God’’ and is enveloped by four hills of the Western Ghats named as Harihareshwar, Harshinachal, Brahhadri, and Pushpadri. The place is also known as ‘Dakshin Kashi’ because of the temple devoted to Lord Shiva. Situated on the Konkan coast, the black sandy beach is less polluted and mostly unspoiled.

Mussoorie is located in Uttarakhand, India. It is an ideal summer retreat with lush green hills, crisp air, and a variety of flora and fauna. Attracting an influx of tourists throughout the year, the Queen of Hills, Mussoorie, is one of the most popular hill stations not only in Uttarakhand but in the entire country. Founded by two Britishers, Captain Fredrick Young and an officer FJ Shore in 1827, the Mussoorie ridge offers splendid views and wholesome weather.

Guhagar Beach is one of the longest beaches on the Konkan coast of Maharashtra. It is the cleanest and less polluted among the beaches in Maharashtra. The beach is lined with many small stalls that sell fresh coconut water and delicious fried snacks. There is also a small play area for children that has swings, see-saws, and slides to enjoy. For the adults, the watersport facilities like jet skiing, bumper rides, banana boat rides, etc., make it a favorite beach for many localites and tourists from neighboring cities as well and the water current of the sea is safe for swimming as well.

Kumbakonam is a town in the Thanjavur district in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu. During the British rule in India, Kumbakonam was called “the Cambridge of South India” as it was the centre of Hindu culture and European education. Kumbakonam is famed as the town of temples, as it has many Hindu temples. Many of these are ancient, built before hundreds of years, while others are relatively new. The city also has many other historical landmarks.

Pahalgam is a quaint and beautiful town in the state of Kashmir which is considered ‘’Heaven on Earth’’. Situated in the Anantnag district of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Pahalgam is one of the most popular tourist attractions and is nestled by the Liddar River offering adventure activities such as hiking, trekking, angling, and fishing.
